Determining Employer Goals

Before contacting the community, URCT discusses the employer needs directly. Urban Retool staff investigates their previous history to assure the employer is an accountable community member. To assure their employment funnel is sustainable, URCT investigates the processes, opinions, and outcomes of varied consituents in the business process. This is the knowledge needed to understand and meet expectations of management and workers.
