Determining Community Goals

A 21st century assessment of impact extends much further than individual jobs. Impact on usage of land, pollution, vehicle emissions, sanitation, water, and transportation are among the quality of life considerations. Community leaders need to be aware of their options and opportunities when cooperation is reached.   

URCT seeks an in-depth understanding of local history. Learning constituent pain points, we include their solutions in the workforce proposal.
