Urban Retool Community Training, Inc (URCT) is a nonprofit project mangement consultancy. Our mission is planning, advising and implementing sustainable workforce and community development solutions. We research the latest job trends, assess the local talent pool, examine workforce needs, and connect employers requiring community outreach, recrutiment and training.

Urban Retool Community Training (U.R.C.T.)generates impact by involving, engaging and affecting constituents in their own community development. We believe jobs are a foundation to successful communities, so it is greater than a human resource effort. U.R.C.T. is a bridge connecting employers to newly upskilled talent. We seek emerging technology beneficial to both sides. We prepare hopeful employers and applicants to better understand how they can thrive together. We teach both sides how to cooperate, create procedures and implement the processes to make their project goals achievable. 

U.R.C.T. project management incorporates employer/worker relations in its training, so all parties know what to expect. Listening to workforce partners we can discern employer and employee needs. Listening to both sides allows training to be customized to appropriate skill sets. New rules and procedures can be inclusive. This makes it easier for job seekers to qualify and excel. This unique approach fosters candidate pipelines that need not encompass a total community. Using data driven market indicators, small business, medium enterprise and corporate "pipelines" are adjusted to sustainably meet market needs. U.R.C.T. delivers a shared employer and community strategy, key to a sustainable workforce.
